Who we are

This is the website of Level Eleven Advisory. This policy covers what happens when you visit our website, submit the contact form, or request a case study.

Information we collect

We collect information directly from you in three places on this site:

• The contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), and your message.
• Case study downloads: your work email, and which case study you requested.
• The AI Governance Readiness Checklist: your answers are saved only in your browser. If you unlock your full report, we collect your name, work email, company (optional), your overall score, readiness tier, per-section scores and top gaps, and whether you opted in to updates.

If you accept cookies (see below), we also collect anonymised usage data: which pages you visit, how you got here, and general device/location information, via Firebase Analytics.

How we use it

Contact form, case study and checklist submissions are used to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, follow up about our services. When you unlock your checklist report, we email you a copy and may follow up once about it. We only send you ongoing AI governance insights if you tick the opt-in box, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Usage data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing and where to improve it — we don't use it to individually identify or profile visitors.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Firebase Analytics (built on Google Analytics) to understand visitor traffic. This sets cookies in your browser, but only after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — nothing is tracked before you choose.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

Who we share it with

Form, case study and checklist submissions are stored with Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), our hosting and data provider. Analytics data, if you accept cookies, is processed by Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else.

We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes.
